
What are the procedures to refund a ticket I never used?
What do I do if I lose my ticket?
If you purchased a "refundable fare" ticket directly from Reno
Air, you will need to request a refund via mail. For your protection all
requests should be sent via certified mail and please keep a copy of all
of your unused tickets for your records. Send tickets, and your mailing
address to:

If you should happen to lose your ticket, you will need to fill out a Lost
Ticket Application. Lost Ticket Applications may be obtained via mail at
the above address or can be found at any Reno Air ticket counter location.
Please note, there will be a 120 day waiting period before your refund will
be credited to you.
