Avis offered discounts to Reno Air QQuick Miles members, but for some reason never signed up to offer those valuable QQmiles with car rentals.
Not only that, but their conditions and terms for the discounts made the silly rules for discounted air fares seem simple to understand.
I guess Avis still needs to try harder.
